Accredited and Registered Therapist

Compassionate therapy tailored to you

I specialise in supporting people during life transitions, such as significant change of circumstances or loss. My aim is to increase people's resilience and help them adapt better to change. I also work with individuals who had difficult childhoods, supporting them to relate better to yourself and the world through creative, compassionate therapy.
